Welcome to Theorify QPTool (operated under the entity name Theorify, accessible at qptool.theorify.in). By accessing or using our SaaS platform, editor, APIs, and AI question generation tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By registering an account, using guest mode, or purchasing a subscription plan, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or authorized by an educational institution, school, or organization) and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under applicable Indian laws.

2. Description of Services & License

Theorify QPTool provides educators and institutions with web-based assessment generation, question formatting, PDF/Word document compilation, and AI-assisted question authoring tools. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the services in accordance with your chosen subscription tier (Free, Pro Monthly, or Pro Annual).

3. User Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain its accuracy.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our safety policies or engage in abusive, unauthorized, or IDOR exploitation attempts.

4. AI-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

• User Data Ownership: You retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights over the custom question papers, tests, exam branding, and assets you create and upload.
• AI Generation Disclaimer: AI-generated questions and suggestions are generated using automated models. While designed to aid teachers, Theorify does not guarantee the academic accuracy, syllabus completeness, or pedagogical fitness of AI suggestions. Educators are advised to review all content prior to printing/administering exams.
• Platform IP: All code, algorithms, visual styles, branding, and platform architecture of Theorify QPTool remain the exclusive property of Theorify.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Paid tiers (such as Pro with AI) are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) via our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. Access to paid features and AI generation credits is provisioned immediately upon successful verification of payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theorify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, examination scheduling delays, data loss, or third-party service interruptions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Haryana / New Delhi, India.
