Theorify QPTool operates exclusively as a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. No physical goods or boxed software are shipped.

1. Instant Electronic Delivery

Upon successful completion of payment via our payment gateway (Razorpay):

• Instant Provisioning: Your account tier is upgraded to Pro with AI in real-time, instantly unlocking premium formatting tools, AI generation quota, and cloud storage.
• Immediate Access: You can immediately author, export, and download question papers in Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF formats from your web browser.
• Electronic Confirmation: A payment confirmation receipt detailing the order ID, transaction ID, and subscription validity is displayed immediately and recorded in your account billing records.

2. Shipping Charges & Logistics

• Since all products, features, and documents are hosted in the cloud and transmitted digitally over the internet, no shipping or handling charges are applicable.
• No physical delivery tracking numbers are issued.

3. Delivery Issues & Troubleshooting

If your account status does not update immediately following a successful debit:

1. Refresh your browser session or log out and log back in to reload your latest user profile token.
2. If the tier still displays as Free, forward your payment receipt / Razorpay Payment ID to support@theorify.in.
3. Our support engineering team will verify the payment log and activate your subscription within 2 to 4 hours.
